Alpha Logistics Colombo (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated in January 2010 as a dedicated company offering Freight Forwarding and NVOCC solutions to importers and exporters of Srilanka. Prime objective of the company is to identify markets who are looking at 3PL logistics and offer them Tailor-made Logistical solutions in view of improving their productivity in their supply chains. The Directors and the Senior Management of this company has extensive experience in the freight forwarding and Shipping industry , which is the driving force of making Alpha Logistics and well known brand name in the freight forwarding and logistics industry in Srilanka. Alpha Logistics have been nominated and recognized by many business conglomerates in Srilanka and continue to patronize the services since the inception of the company in 2010.

Started his career at Ace Cargo (Pvt) Ltd (Member of Aitken Spence ) as agents for MCC (Mercantile Consolidators) and ACS (American Consolidators) ,which is currently known as Maersk Logistics, APL Logistics and TNT Courier. Gained in-depth experience in handling freight consolidation services / Courier operations and having exposed to work directly with buyers such as : May Department Store / Federated / Campus Sportswear / Columbia Sportswear / London Fog / Nike / Gap Incorporated / Banana Republic / Scope Imports and many more esteemed customers specialized in the Textile industry.

Having completed 06 years with above consolidators , he joined the American Flag career Sealand Service Inc , Colombo office as the Sales Manager where he completed 09 years. The customer base he was exposed with this appointment comprised major consolidators / Freight forwarders / Large scale direct exporters of Textiles , Tea , Rubber , wearing apparel and many more diversified product and customer portfolio.

Thereafter he joined Fritz Co (presently Fritz-UPS solutions)- Marketing Manager , as the General Manager of OEC Freight Colombo (Joint venture co with OEC Taiwan) and finally as the General Manager of Delmege Freight Services (Member of Delmege Group) who is the exclusive agent for DSV Air and Sea / ABX Logistics.

Presently he is one of the shareholders / Managing Director at Alpha Logistics Colombo (Pvt) Ltd.
